What Our Crew Handles in Forestville
Redwood and River Tree Removal
We safely take down trees of any size in Forestville, from a backyard fruit tree or ornamental on a tight country lot to a tall redwood or big shade oak leaning over a home near the river.
Pruning Before the River Storms
We shape the canopy, clear the deadwood, and cut back the limbs reaching over your roof, your deck, or the power lines, then thin the heavy crowns so the wet winter storms coming up the river have less to grab.
Brush Clearing on Wooded Lots
Brush removal and lot clearing done cleanly, with the healthy trees left in good shape.
Stump Grinding for New Gardens
On Forestville’s wooded lots an old stump is often right where you want to plant something new. We grind it out below grade so you can replant or lay sod.

A Look at Our Work
Redwoods and River Fog in Forestville
Forestville sits where coastal fog meets inland warmth along the Russian River, an established country community with a real mix of trees. Tall redwoods, big shade oaks, and plenty of backyard fruit and ornamental trees grow close together on wooded lots here, and the damp soils and seasonal flooding can quietly work on roots over time. We have cared for trees all over this area for years, so whether you need thinning on a wooded acre or careful work over a cottage roofline, you can count on us to do it right.

Late summer or early fall, before the winter storms and wet ground arrive. Emergencies we handle any time.
Removal, Trimming, Stumps and Storms
Forestville sits in west Sonoma County, right where the coastal fog rolls in to meet the warmer air coming up the Russian River, and that mix grows a real variety of trees on wooded country lots.
When a Tree Has to Come Out
The wooded parcels and narrow access out here are exactly the kind of removal we are set up for, with careful rigging and a crane when the drop zone is small and the trees are packed in close.
Keeping Forestville’s Trees Healthy
The native oaks get pruned in the dry summer window, since cutting them in the damp season opens the door to disease, and the redwoods and fruit trees on these crowded lots get thinned for light and good airflow.
Grinding the Stump Down
Grinding takes it below the surface, and we rake up before we go.
Storm and Fire-Season Ready
Out here along the Russian River, the wet winter is the season that keeps us busy.
